I’m known for my real talk, no bullshit attitude, and helping my clients break their unhealthy relationships with food. I don’t hold hands or put up with excuses, but believe that real results come from doing the work with a huge dose of support and compassion.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories. I’m knowledgeable in Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.

I’ve studied with the world’s top health and wellness experts, including Joshua Rosenthal, Deepak Chopra, Gabrielle Bernstein, Mark Bittman, and a long list of others known globally as the brightest and best.

My approach follows the Integrative Nutrition Plate, which emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and focuses on the importance of portion size.

To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality – all the elements that round out a truly balanced, healthy life.

You’ll be introduced to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and learn how to find what’s healthiest for your body, as well as mindset and behavioral modifications to help you truly thrive – not merely survive.
